(1) For each year of service, the postal representative, distributor and stamp carrier shall receive an amount equal to half a month's salary of the starting salary scale of the position in which he/she has worked, as per the bill for medical expenses.
(2) If the postal representative, distributor and stamp carrier retires from service without being able to receive the amount of medical expenses received according to sub-rule (1), they will be entitled to receive the amount received according to the said sub-rule as a lump sum. But if a lump sum is taken, the will is not required to be submitted.
